Shults: Then to go to a crescendo with “Florida.” I don’t even know why Frank called that track “Florida.” He’s never explained it. I have no idea. All it is is his beautiful voice crescendoing. It was just gorgeous. That was the kind of thing where I just sunk it in when Emily hits the water for the first time and I got chills and goosebumps. It felt really meant to be.
