Happy End

Michael Haneke’s long awaited return after his gorgeous Amour is Happy End, which will take him and his audiences back to one of his favorite cinematic preoccupations: the ruling class. In what Kneedler calls a target practice that has “never felt so satisfying”, Haneke places his hairs upon Isabelle Huppert, Jean-Louis Trintignant, Mathieu Kassovitz, and Toby Jones, with one of the most harrowing performances of a Sia track on film.
