8. Benicio del Toro (The Collector, Starting in Thor: Ragnarok)
A very deserving Oscar-winner for Traffic, one of his most sincere and straightforward roles, del Toro jolts some energy into Thor: The Dark World at the very end of the film when he pops up as a jittery weirdo called The Collector. Del Toro avoids overexposure, which makes all of his performances especially compelling and unpredictable, and the element of surprise works very well for him in the MCU films — but especially his first one.
