3rd Annual Tri-City Independent-Fan Film Festival takes place Oct. 11, 2008 at the Red Lion Inn during Tri-City Comic Con (TC3) in Pasco, WA. Call For Entries deadlines are approaching for comic-based/sci-fi/horror feature films, shorts and trailers. Film submission deadlines: Early—July 15, Final—September 1.
