Anna Nicole Smith
Anna Nicole Smith was born November 28, 1967 and died February 8, 2007 at just 39.
In the 1990s she channeled her white-hot modeling fame to the silver screen by appearing in films including The Hudsucker Proxy, Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult, To the Limit, and Skyscraper. With her trademark humor, she basked in and made light of her blonde bombshell image. She was remembered earlier this year in the Netflix documentary Anna Nicole Smith: You Don’t Know Me, which offered new insights into the brief life of one of the most unforgettable Gen X film and fashion icons.
She suffered a horrible tragedy with the death of her son, Daniel Wayne Smith, on September 10, 2006, and months later died of what was determined to be combined drug intoxication with a sleeping medication as a major factor.
