Apollo 18 centers around a conspiracy theory that Apollo 17 wasn’t the last NASA mission to the moon — there was a secret cover-up of a mission that went after them. The premise here is that lost footage of that mission was recovered, telling a gruesome story of what happened to the last astronauts to land on the moon.
