  • New Filmmakers LA is back with yet another dose of indie filmmaker interviews. Today we are featuring interviews with directors Dustin Brown, Daniel Gomez, Michael Morgenstern, William Beaton, Iria Lopez, James Connelly and Casey Geisen. Check back on Friday for more indie director wisdom.

    NewFilmmakers LA (NFMLA) is a non-profit organization designed to showcase the innovative works by emerging filmmakers from around the world, providing the Los Angeles community of entertainment professionals and film goers with a constant surge of monthly screening events.  NFMLA provides a forum where filmmakers can be recognized for their contributions, have open audience discussions about their projects and connect with industry professionals for insight on distribution, production, acquisition and representation.

    This week we present to you interviews with directors Dustin Brown (Becoming), Daniel Gomez (Abstraction), Michael Morgenstern (Shabbat Dinner), William Beaton (Punch Face Moan), Iria Lopez (Jamón), James Connelly (The Escape) and Casey Geisen (Be Forever Now).
