We couldn’t leave Titanic off of our list. Set in 1912, it’s based on the true story of the sinking of the HMS Titanic, although the main characters are fictional.

Still, Leonardo DiCaprio’s Jack and Kate Winslet’s Rose shared a love that transcended social classes. Calling this movie “steamy” would be quite literal — you know the scene in the car with the handprint on the glass? Yeah.

Forget whether there was enough room on the door. Let’s just enjoy this romance for the few days it lasted.
