Wayne Campbell and Garth Algar in Wayne’s World

These two incredible comedians combined forces to make one of the funniest movies ever — and embody one of the most iconic movie duos we can think of.

Based on a Saturday Night Live sketch, Wayne’s World featured Mike Myers in his feature film as Wayne Campbell, opposite Dana Carvey as Garth Algar. Wayne and Garth are big heavy metal fans, and they broadcast a public access TV show about it from Wayne’s parents’ basement in Aurora, Illinois.

The first Wayne’s World also featured Alice Cooper, Tia Carrere, Robe Lowe, Lara Flynn Boyle, Chris Farley, Frank DiLeo, and Meat Loaf, among others, while the sequel, Wayne’s World 2, quickly followed the next year with Christopher Walken and a fantastic cameo by Charlton Heston.

Wayne and Garth are such an iconic movie duo, they’ll make you say, “We’re not worthy, we’re not worthy!”
