Rosie O’Donnell called for Biden to step down in late June on her Instagram, a day after Biden’s poor performance at the debate against Donald Trump.

“joe biden – thank u for all u have given our country – time to pass the torch – now – and for gods sake democrats GET IT TOGETHER b4 its too late #savedemocracy” she wrote.
