Zendaya made Emmys history on Tuesday for being the youngest woman to ever be nominated for producing. She’s 25, Euphoria, on which she serves as an executive producer, was nominated for outstanding drama series. She had previously made history in 2020 when she became the youngest recipient of the outstanding lead actress in a drama series award. Her nomination this year for outstanding lead actress yet again for her role as Rue in Euphoria also makes her the youngest two-time Emmy nominee in the same category.
Zendaya also got nominated in two more categories this year for lyrical contributions to two songs nominated in the original music and lyrics category: “Elliott’s Song” and “I’m Tired.”
