Believe it or not, that is a CGI image that appeared in an actual big-budget Hollywood motion picture — 2022’s The Scorpion King. CGI has gotten better since then — so much better that CGI often looks better than wax statues, and is sometimes even indistinguishable from real actors.
Astonishingly, the image above may look even less like The Rock than the one on the previous slide.
