No surprises here as Pixar strikes again! New release Toy Story 3 came in at number one this past weekend, earning $109 million. The Karate Kid took spot number two (weekend gross $29 million, total gross $106.2 million) and The A-Team took number three (weekend gross $13.7 million, total gross $49.7 million). The number four spot went to Get Him to the Greek (weekend gross $6.1 million, total gross $47.8 million), and number five was Shrek Forever After (weekend gross $5.5 million, total gross $222.9 million).

New release Jonah Hex failed to crack the top five, coming in at number eight with a weekend gross of only $5 million. New limited releases were Raavan ($551,375), Cyrus ($180,289), I Am Love ($125,000) and The Killer Inside Me ($7,300 in just one theater).

Out this Wednesday is the Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz-starring action comedy Knight and Day. Coming out later in the week is Restrepo, Wild Grass and Grown Ups. Can the combined power of Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade and Rob Schneider unseat the talking toys from their throne? No chance whatsoever.
