San Diego Women’s Film Festival

The San Diego Women’s Film Festival is Southern California’s most notable and longest running women’s film festival. Each year the Festival showcases approximately 100 films from around the world, offering a diverse selection of features, shorts and documentaries that compete for both Judge and Audience awards.

The independent films highlight positive messages about relevant social issues, including ethnicity, class, culture, race and gender. The Festival has also hosted advanced screenings of films that have gone on to win Academy Awards(r).
