The Greater Philadelphia Film Office goes that extra mile to ensure that moviemakers are not only taken care of but also nurtured as the unique artists that they are. This is what led the Greater Philadelphia Film Office to start the Greater Philadelphia Filmmakers, an organization that works as a natural extension of the Film Office while catering to the needs of local media artists and technicians with seminars, business and technical training, internship programs and a jobs and information hotline, all for the sole purpose of helping both industry professionals and beginning moviemakers.
