North Georgia College & State University is introducing a Summer Film Institute during Summer semester 2010. The Film Institute, led under the direction of Carrie Schrader, will immerse students in the art of film making in a hands-on, collaborative learning environment. Students will write, produce, direct, edit, and screen a short film. The Film Institute is for anyone who wants to experience the magic of movie making. For those interested in any aspect of film, writing or creative directing, the institute provides a solid foundation in all aspects of film production taught by professionals in the field.
