Nairobi Half Life: Back by popular demand!

By popular demand, Nairobi Half Life—Kenya’s first official submission for the Academy Awards ® and the 2012 AFI Fest Audience Award winner—will return to cinemas across the United States after its successful screening in the Feature Film Project in March.

Last month, cinema lovers in America had the opportunity to see Nairobi Half Life at one of nearly 50 theaters around the country. And at each one of those theaters, the crowd was asked to vote on the fate of the film. If more than 51 percent of the audiences voted yes, then the cinema would bring the film back. We are pleased to announce that nearly 100 percent of the audiences voted a resounding yes!

Below is a list of theaters that have already scheduled additional screenings of Nairobi Half Life:

AZ, Phoenix: The FilmBar, April 13 @ 3:20pm

GA, Atlanta: Studio Movie Grill, April 11 @ 7:00pm

IL, Chicago: Studio Movie Grill, April 11 @ 7:00pm

MA, Salem: Cinema Salem, weeklong run, April 5-11, 3 shows per day

TX, Dallas/Arlington: Studio Movie and Grill, April 11 @ 7:00pm
