The 2008 Things To Come… Sci-Fi Film & Music Festival is scheduled for Sunday, April 27th from 5 p.m. – LATE @ Galapagos Art Space, located at 70 North 6th Street, Williamsburg, Brooklyn – Cover: The 2008 Things To Come… Sci-Fi Film & Music Festival is scheduled for Sunday, April 27th from 5 p.m. – LATE @ Galapagos Art Space, located at 70 North 6th Street, Williamsburg, Brooklyn – Cover: Humans $5, Robots FREE. The festival celebrates the Future through Indie Culture, Music, and a Phantasmagoria of Films featuring such themes as Innovation, Man vs. Technology, Big Brother, the Apocalypse, Time Travel, and Alternate Reality!

The event features an OPEN WINE BAR between 5pm and 6pm and a COMPLIMENTARY RAFFLE ticket with admission for a chance to win some fantastic prizes!

Also featuring is live entertainment by DJ Chris Alker, founder of “Art After Midnight”, a weekly dance party in NYC with a large and loyal following, and the JustLanded Multimedia Show, a mixture of theatrical styles including Kabuki musical, Chinese opera, comedy, avant-garde, surrealism, happening, modern dance, and street performance, all intertwined with an amazing visual extravaganza set to electronic and rock music. A troupe of sultry Go-Go Dancers fashioned in futuristic attire will keep you company on the dance floor! And finally, the Master of Ceremonies for the evening is the well rounded hoodlum himself, Matthew Hendershot.
