The Film & Video Studies program at Central Washington University employs a scholarly, creative & professional approach to the study of both film and television and seeks to help each student discover his/her own vision as an independent critic, artist, and communicator. This innovative, interdisciplinary, undergraduate program leading to a BA degree in Film & Video Studies. Students complete a sequence of core courses and choose a specialization in either “Critical Studies” or “Film & Video Production.” Minors are also available in Critical Studies, Visual Literacy and Documentary Studies.
