The Cottonwood Creek Environmental Film Festival is organized annually by the Downtown Encinitas MainStreet Association (DEMA). CCEFF presents the public with the highest quality of environmental film from a range of different categories. Located in beautiful Encinitas California CCEFF was conceived in honor of our love and dedication to the natural surroundings in Encinitas. Encinitas is a coastal town that sits on top of the Pacific Ocean, boasting world class surf, amazing seascapes, a nationally renowned artists community, and a historic and walkable downtown community.
