Barefoot Workshops

Published by

Our main goal is to equip the students with the knowledge and confidence to use sophisticated equipment while having a foundation that allows them to create beautiful images regardless of their tools. While we believe that every filmmaker should be a technical artist, we also want to develop an awareness for our surroundings which is essential to image-making and storytelling. Our philosophy is that filmmaking is a technical craft which we want you to master while never forgetting that it is first and foremost an art form. At the end of your barefoot experience, you should walk away with the technical know-how and confidence, the proper industry work code, the ability to tell a story, and a new appreciation and way of looking at the world around you.
