Who: His feature debut Guidance had its world premiere at the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival before being bought by Strand Releasing. His screenplay Don’t Talk to Irene won the Best Comedy Screenplay award at the Austin Screenplay Competition before being made and premiering at TIFF 2017.
Favorite Movies: “I love dark comedies—Welcome to the Dollhouse, Election, To Die For. But there’s always space in my heart for Working Girl. I’ve never related to a character more than Tess McGill.”
