Frank Sinatra: Joker uses Frank Sinatra’s “That’s Life” with a sense of subversion that echoes the way Goodfellas uses a Sid Vicious cover of Sinatra’s “My Way” for its end credits. (“That’s Life” also turned up in De Niro’s lovely directorial debut, A Bronx Tale.)
