"How many times are you going to be offered a film in which you play a man with Alzheimer's, who's a jewel thief, who teaches a robot to steal? You can't pass that up." In this exclusive red carpet interview live from the Sundance Film Festival, actor Frank Langella talks about his starring role in first-time director Jake Schreier's Robot and Frank, in which he plays—you guessed it—an elderly ex-jewel thief who teaches his caretaker robot (voiced by Peter Sarsgaard) some tricks of his old trade. In turns a buddy comedy, a heartwarming drama and a heist film, Robot and Frank received excellent reviews after it debuted at the festival last Friday and has had several sold-out screenings since then.
