Take a Waltz with Bashir

Coming fresh off its Golden Globe nomination for Best Foreign Language Film, the animated documentary Waltz with Bashir sees its limited U.S. release December 25, 2008. Directed by Ari Folman, the movie chronicles the Israeli Folman's relationship with the 1982 Lebanese massacre through interviews with friends and Hellish war flashbacks. It's always refreshing to see an animated movie sans a comically overloaded roster of voice actors and heavy on the heartbreak.
