Drive, Ryan Gosling Said
Breakout Danish director Nicolas Winding Refn (Bronson, Valhalla Rising) is making his way into the fast lane with the upcoming action caper Drive, starring Academy Award nominee Ryan Gosling as a Los Angeles wheelman for hire, stunt driving for movie productions by day and steering getaway vehicles for armed heists by night. Though a loner by nature, Gosling can't help falling in love with his beautiful neighbor Irene (Carey Mulligan), a vulnerable young mother dragged into a dangerous underworld by the return of her ex-convict husband Standard (Oscar Isaac). The film co-stars "Breaking Bad" badass Bryan Cranston, Golden Globe winner Ron Perlman ("Sons of Anarchy"), Emmy Award nominee Christina Hendricks ("Mad Men") and Oscar-nominated writer-director-actor Albert Brooks.
