Roland Emmerich Predicts 2012!

Director Roland Emmerich, the reigning king of contemporary disaster movies (see also: The Day After Tomorrow and Independence Day), is determined to wreak havoc on Earth once again—his latest CGI-heavy apocalyptic vision, 2012, hits theaters November 13. The movie follows several brave people (including John Cusack, Amanda Peet and Woody Harrelson) as they struggle to survive when a global cataclysm brings an end to the world. In this behind-the-scenes clip (courtesy of MakingOf.com), watch Emmerich direct several members of the eclectic cast (including Cusack, Peet, Oliver Platt, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Danny Glover) in some of the less destructive scenes in the movie.

2012 is a good movie but no government can allot fund for an ark based on a movie. Here is the theoretical support, published years back http://www.johnsonpj.com/articles.html The earth is a ‘Gravitational Time Bomb, nearing its time of detonation.
