Jonah Hex is Coming!

Hitting theaters June 18, Jonah Hex is sure to be a different kind of superhero tale; one that mixes the Western genre with supernatural elements. Based on the popular comic book series, the movie stars Josh Brolin as the title character, a tough, scarred bounty hunter who must track down his most lethal foe yet—a dangerous terrorist (John Malkovich) determined to unleash Hell on Earth. Along for the ride is Megan Fox as a gun-toting prostitute who engages in a Beauty and the Beast-esque romance with the less-than-handsome Hex. Directed by former animator Jimmy Hayward (whose last film, Horton Hears a Who!, was decidedly more gentle), the movie also stars Michael Fassbender (Inglourious Basterds), Michael Shannon (Oscar-nominee for Revolutionary Road) and Will Arnett ("Arrested Development"). While it's still unclear if Jonah Hex will be a successful genre-bender, judging by the trailer below, it definitely won't be lacking in the action department.
