Crank: High Voltage’s Insane Camera Rigs

Crank: High Voltage, the sequel to Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor's frenetic, smash-cut romp Crank, comes out this Friday, April 17 and features yet another Speed-but-inside-of-a-person plot. But what's really of note here is that the moviemakers shot the movie primarily with the Canon XH A1 and Canon HF10, two consumer-grade cameras, and a bunch of homemade, outrageous-looking rigs—all of which you can see in this video, put together by the good folks at Collider.com. Make sure to note the DIY bullet time rig, the RC car camera and director Neveldine on Rollerblades.

Crank is my favourite. Jason Statham is my favourite actor too. Crank series are the best (Y)
