15th Annual Cinesol Film Festival – CALL FOR ENTRIES

Cinesol Film Festival, a non-profit organization, is the premier film festival of the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas and is recognized by the Texas Commission on the Arts as one of the top media arts events in the state. Since 1993, Cinesol has offered a traveling film festival for the South Texas region. It has served as a mecca for local aspiring filmmakers to fuse with industry professionals in a social setting perfect for networking, learning about filmmaking, and enjoying quality entertainment from all over the world.
The Opening Weekend is set for September 12-14 at the South Padre Island Convention Center.  Cinesol is a month long event with several additional screenings at several Rio Grande Valley museums.  Other activities include film workshops, the 36 Hour Film Race, special guests, forum discussions, and more.
