2008 brings you the 6th edition the Backseat Film Festival!  We are very proud of all the great rock ‘n roll movies we’ve been lucky enough to show over the years, and we are looking forward to this year’s submissions.  As long as your films are postmarked no later than Jan 31st we will accept them. Once again, we are looking for shorts, features, documentaries, animations, music videos and everything in between.  Student films and local stuff welcome.  We like all kinds of cool movies, just nothing too boring or pretentious please!

Following this year’s flagship Philadelphia event and Award Ceremony in March 2008, the Backseat Film Festival will again be traveling to several other cities, bringing with it past festival award winners and new submissions alike.
