After reading a few threads, I wanted to introduce myself to this community.
I film my training classes and agents for training. I would like a real life documentary showing the ups and downs of call center life. The advantage, plenty of young and beautiful women that would love to be in a movie.The disadvantage, people hate telemarketers.

I look forward to sharing ideas with other forum members.
