If you want to send your film to film festivals, check out http://www.withoutabox.com or http://www.reelport.com where you can also submit your films to TV stations who show your film across the world.

thx for your reply, but i didnt actually mean festivals.
Mungiu for example, (winner of Cannes palm D’or 07) said with the money he got, he will distribute his film on his own.

of course, not everyone is at the same position, but i m asking if anyone knows any ways around it…
