The glow in the dark condom fight scene in Blake Edwards SKIN DEEP

In “Being John Malkovich” when Malkovich goes through the portal into his own head and everyone he sees is him - the first time I saw it, I laughed so hard that I had tears running down my face. Brilliant!

lebowski man.you know the scene where ben gazzara writes something in a piece of paper that looks as he is writing an address but when jeff bridges tries to copy it with a pencil it turns out that he has drawn a small man holding...well i cannot say it here but it was unexpectedly hilarious.i did not ruin it for my brothers who laughed as much as i did when they saw it.what a movie…

Yeah, dude, Lebowski!  The ash incident at the end. Quite dark but hilarious. :)

Guiltily, I have to admit the first scene that comes to my mind as the funniest of all time is the campfire scene in Blazing Saddles.  It was a gas.

Recently, the ending of Little Miss Sunshine made me laugh as hard as I’ve laughed at a movie in an awfully long time.

On a side note, I sure hope Larry David gets into features when he wraps Curb.

American Pie 1 when it has to go talk to Nadia but has no idea what to say. So he enters with a laugh, because all the other were laughing and after that he just leave, because all the other look him in a strange way.
