Buy a Condo, See a Movie at Trump Parc Stamford

Michele Reitano of Cappelli Sales & Marketing with Al Pacino during last fall's filming of Righteous Kill at the Trump Parc Stamford Sales & Design Center

Not sold on a luxury high-rise condominium, complete with 24-hour doorman, indoor swimming pool, full-service health club, screening rooms and a private rooftop observation deck?

What if the condo threw in tickets to an advanced screening of the latest collaboration between acting legends Robert De Niro and Al Pacino?

House hunting just got more enjoyable with Trump Parc Stamford, a new luxury high-rise in the heart of downtown Stamford, Connecticut. For a limited time, prospective buyers who visit the Sales and Design Center will not only receive a tour and a presentation of the hot-selling condominiums, but also free tickets to view Jon Avnet’s Righteous Kill at Stamford’s Majestic Theater.

Academy Award winners De Niro and Pacino, who play New York City detectives in this intense crime-thriller that opens nationwide on September 12th, filmed several scenes at the Trump Par Stamford’s model residence last fall. As the model tower was transformed into a high-end Manhattan apartment building where the two are sent to investigate a murder, the modest town of Stamford was transformed into a mini-Hollywood.

“We still have fake blood stains on the couch!” exclaims Jessica Rohm, managing director of Cappelli Sales & Marketing, the sales agent for Trump Parc Stamford. “We can’t wait to see the film and would like to share it with our prospective buyers.”

The 34-story tower is expected to be completed in Spring 2009.

For more on Righteous Kill, check out MM‘s interview with director Jon Avnet in the upcoming Summer 2008 edition—on newsstands later this month.
