Cannes wouldn't be Cannes without Southern France, Sundance wouldn't be Sundance without Park City, condos and skiers. For moviemakers, attendees and distributors, navigating the festival circuit means extensive travel plans. Increasingly however, some festivals are offering the opposite: mobile venues.
