Twilight Fans Vote for Most Badass Vampire

Twilight mania is at its peak and what better way to illustrate this than with a to-the-death match between Robert Pattinson, the actor playing the 108-year-old vampire in the much anticipated romantic fantasy movie, and some of the most legendary vampires in movie history? Not literally, of course, but at spout.com, visitors have been voting for their favorites as the famous fangs behind Bela Lugosi, Max Schrek, Gary Oldman and Tom Cruise have been pitted against one another in a digital cage match.

What began this past Monday with 16 vampires has dwindled down to four remaining contestants. Twilight newbie Pattinson is holding on tight aside the likes of Monica Bellucci, Kate Beckinsale and Kiefer Sutherland. With three more days of the competition leading up to the premiere of Twilight, Pattinson better hope his legion of fans can come to his rescue. All those interested in voting should check out www.spout.com/vampires, with the results announced and polls reopened each day at 10 a.m. EST and the ultimate vampire being named this Friday, November 21 at that time.
